Because of that, the Company is continously seeks to recruit jobs, whose operations are conduted at The Bugolobi Head offices and at the Mukono Factory.
1) Regional Commercial Supervisor (2 positions)
Deadline: Monday, 13th October 2025.
The Regional Commercial Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the Hubs, planning, implementing, and tracking sales at the Hubs, Agro dealers/ Agro Vets, and Master Agents (MAs). Sourcing and buying of grain in and out of season. Ensuring Retailers and Farms have all the inputs they require from Grainpulse. The job holder is responsible for all the districts’ targets and plans. He or she is expected to sell the product in their districts at a margin and ensure it is also sourced at a profitable price.
The ideal candidate must have a Business-Related field, and possessing a Certificate in Agriculture is an added advantage. He or she must possess more than five years of sales experience, and possession of 1 year in a related field is an added advantage.
